Introduction

Your agreement is with Damon Cooper Train Like a King UK.

Payment

Payment for programs must be made through the Trainlikeaking.co.uk website. Payments are managed via Stripe (www.stripe.com) and are processed in GBP. All transactions will be charged in the equivalent amount of your host currency in relation to the GBP price. All calculations and exchange rates are managed via Stripe.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once purchased, all paddles are non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please email team@trainlikeaking.co.uk to discuss a resolution.

Health and Safety

Trainer has completed and holds a current certificate for emergency first aid.

Intellectual Property

Any marketing, educational or other materials, will always be subject to copyright. You undertake to use such materials only for your own personal development and not to copy, publish or reproduce any such materials.

Train Like a King UK has the right to change these Terms and Conditions, for example, to offer new services or as required by law. Train Like a King UK will notify you of any change.
